hello support/all its been some time my razer basilisk x hyperspeed when select 2.4 to connect to it will not find it or cant connect through it

    Try to reinstall the driver of your mouse in the device manager and use a different USB port. You can get the firmware update here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can check for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
