I recently bought the Razer basilisk x hyperspeed, a few days ago it notified me of a low battery, I proceed to change it and it keeps telling me that it has a low battery and so I already tried 5 new batteries and it's still the same, is there anything I can do?

I’d take different battery batch to check if it’s not issue with the battery.

I tried different brands but the problem continues. I also tried lithium batteries, but my problem continues.
