Hey y’all,
So, I have a Basilisk x Hyperspeed that has been great and have had it for a few years, but over the past few months I’ve noticed that every time I click the left mouse button, it will either register as a single or double click and I’ve primarily lost the ability to click-and-drag. I’ve tried cleaning it, using an air duster, and trying to go through the synapse to try and trouble shoot it. I honestly don’t know what to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps along the way.
