Hi, i have a problem when i connect the dongle to my laptop, the driver detected is HID-Compliant Mouse and not Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed hence makin me unable to connect and edit my mouse through synapse,but when i use bluetooth the driver detected it as Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed,i've tried uninstalling synapse,updating the firmware,and reinstalling mouse driver but the it doesnt help,anybody knows how to fix it?
