Razer Basilisk x Hyperspeed dongle stopped working out of nowhere.I was connected, working on the computer, when suddenly it disconnected. Then it kept connecting and disconnecting nonstop.I would like a solution, a new dongle or to know if it is possible to pair the mouse with any other dongle.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try to update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
