Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed It shuts off and does not come back on

If the mouse lies motionless for any length of time (it can be 5 seconds or 1 minute)
it may turn off and not turn on again until I remove the battery for a couple of seconds
I tried:
-Buy other batteries
-Install different versions of synapses and just work without it
-Reinstall Windows

PS:
-It can turn off when the battery is fully charged
-The transmitter is on table with mouse in 4 inches away from the mouse\ 2.4 mode
-The power save setting in the program is set to the longest possible shutdown

Hey, did you find any solution for this? It's happening the same thing to my basilisk, I genuely think they just didn't have any quality control over its production.

I have the same issue. Returned my first mouse under warranty with the same issue. The new mouse? Same issue. I have searched for a solution but none is available. From what I can tell; this is an issue with the product that will persist regardless of firmware or software updates.

Best case; go get a new one under warranty. Hopefully, that one will not have the issue.

Its a shame, cause the mouse itself is great! And I am a long time Razer fan. But reality is a cruel mistress.

is anyone experiencing this problem using Wireless AX standard in their home?

This is my third Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse. All three of them had the same problem as DarkLavaTOPAZbit804 descibed. I love the mouse for it’s design and ergonomics, but this is unacceptable that there is no fix for this issue after all those years. Razer does not even care to reply to any of these threads.

It’s bonkers to me that these issues are just “a thing” with this mouse. It is easily the WORST wireless mouse I have ever used. Trying to get this damn thing to re-connect is such a crapshoot. It can literally take like 15-20 seconds to reconnect sometimes… Meanwhile, it’ll just randomly cut out on you WHILE you’re using it. The dongle is RIGHT next to it, fresh batteries, etc - just like others have said… The fact that they just straight up ignore such blatant issues with their products is asinine. I’ll never buy Razer products again after this pos.
