Hey, did you find any solution for this? It's happening the same thing to my basilisk, I genuely think they just didn't have any quality control over its production.
I have the same issue. Returned my first mouse under warranty with the same issue. The new mouse? Same issue. I have searched for a solution but none is available. From what I can tell; this is an issue with the product that will persist regardless of firmware or software updates.
Best case; go get a new one under warranty. Hopefully, that one will not have the issue.
Its a shame, cause the mouse itself is great! And I am a long time Razer fan. But reality is a cruel mistress.
is anyone experiencing this problem using Wireless AX standard in their home?
This is my third Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse. All three of them had the same problem as DarkLavaTOPAZbit804 descibed. I love the mouse for it’s design and ergonomics, but this is unacceptable that there is no fix for this issue after all those years. Razer does not even care to reply to any of these threads.
