I’ve been trying to fix this myself but I can’t figure it out nor can my local computer shop.
the cursor is drifting to the top left of screen. I can’t click or do anything on the mouse. When I open synapse it says it’s turned off.
Bluetooth doesn’t work or 2.4
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked for updates for the mouse and windows.
I’ve looked through these forums trying to find a solution but nothing has worked so far. Help

I understand that you're having a cursor issues with your Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
Clean the mouse sensor with a Q-tip lightly coated with alcohol while the mouse is unplugged. Let it dry then blow any accumulated dirt using a can of compressed air.
Verify Windows is up to date.
Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.
Connect the USB dongle directly to the PC and verify there is a clear line of sight from the mouse to the dongle.
Reset your mouse's surface calibration in Razer Synapse 2.0 or Razer Synapse 3.
Test the mouse on a different surface.
Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and software.
If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your mouse drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
Test your mouse on another PC and verify if the issue still exists.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
