Have the same issue as described here: razer basilisk x hyperspeed mouse cursor moving on its own/not working
I’ve been trying to fix this myself but I can’t figure it out nor can my local computer shop.
the cursor is drifting to the top left of screen. I can’t click or do anything on the mouse. When I open synapse it says it’s turned off.
Bluetooth doesn’t work or 2.4
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, checked for updates for the mouse and windows.
I’ve looked through these forums trying to find a solution but nothing has worked so far.
----
Ive checked all provided recomendations on this comunity and support - not helps.
But tis is a fact, im not alone, and my issue is not unique:
- From the moment I bought it, I noticed something odd: the mouse would fall asleep and not wake up until I removed and reinserted the battery.
- Later, even that wasn't enough; I had to turn it off, remove the battery, and reconnect the dongle.
- And now, nothing works at all. Out of 10 mouse clicks, it's lucky if one works (the side "forward" and "back" buttons work), but the cursor doesn't respond and drifts to one corner of the screen, sometimes slowly, sometimes instantly.
Unfortunately, my warranty is off, and Support cannot replace my broken mouse.
And this whole situation certainly does not leave a pleasant impression.
