I undertand the your Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed is no longer detected on pc. Have you tried connecting your mouse to a different computer that doesn’t have Razer Synapse installed? Please PM your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacment options. I'd appreciate it if you could provide a list of the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far, so I can scratch them off my list. All the best!
