i have a razer basilisk x hyperspeed. i’ve had it for a few years now and haven’t had any connection issues until now. the mouse randomly disconnected from my pc earlier today. i tried replacing the battery and it worked for i think like 30 mins or something and then disconnected again. i tried turning the mouse off and trying again after about 20-30 mins and it work for about 5 mins or so before disconnecting again. i’ve tried uninstalling the device from the pc, reinstalling synapse, replacing the battery again, restarting the pc. also im using it with the dongle. when i switched it onto bluetooth mode it didnt work either. when i switch it from off bluetooth or dongle mode the light on the dpi button flashes either green or blue for less than a second then turns off.

Howdy,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your computer's motherboard. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
