Razer basilisk x hyperspeed not showing up on synapse 3
i just bought this mouse today and the 2.4ghz mode is just not working, the indicator just keeps blinking even though "razer basilisk x hyperspeed is set up and ready to go" showed up on my windows system. i have already uninstalled and reinstalled synapse 3. still doesnt work, please help
