Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed not tracking while turn on

Yesterday my Razer devices updated and my Basilisk Hyperspeed X is not working properly now. I cannot click and drag correctly. When I try to click and drag to scroll, it doesn’t follow the mouse and only scrolls a tiny bit. I tried using a regular mouse and it works just fine, but my Razer mouse isn’t working properly on any device I plug it into. The update occurred after booting up from a shut down and I tried restarting my laptop again to fix it but it didn’t work. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I feel like haha i wont say but i just fixed my mousy i set the darn button my fat left thumb always accidenty hits to left click and it started working better and then i remembered there is a calibration option with a razer mat and that fixed my other issue i was having not finding my cursor. this baby is responsive now woohoo awesome. hope this helps, go to synapse and make changes on your mouse and you can even reset it with lots of options.  good luck

I have a similar issue on my basilisk v3 after a power outage when i left click my cursor will scroll down and the first time i hit the button it doesnt respond correctly.  I dont have another mouse actually i do but i got tired of Bluetooth connection issues do i got this wire beauty and it started acting up on my desktop so I brough the razor out since winter is coming and it help warm up the hands.  I just deal with it but you have the same issue on a wireless correct me if im wrong. Either way im not really stressed out about it since its just a bit annoying.   im going to try to set a different buttont replace the left click and if it works then maybe i can purchase a new left clicker or whatever it is called.
