I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar.
I’ve always really liked this mouse, it’s been great and I’ve never dropped it or damaged it in any way.
However, for a while I started having problems with the battery: even with a fully charged battery, the mouse wouldn’t always turn on. Sometimes it only worked after removing and reinserting the battery or slightly moving it inside the compartment.
Now the situation got worse and the mouse doesn’t turn on at all anymore, no matter what I do. I’ve already tried new batteries and checked that the contacts are clean.
Has anyone had this issue before or knows what could be causing it?
Any help would be really appreciated because I really like this mouse and would love to fix it.
