Hi, unfortunately my Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed has reached the end of its life. I was absolutely in love with this mouse—I haven't used any other since you launched it! Would it be possible to get a replacement or purchase one somehow? Thank you very much!

We appreciate your loyalty. You’re right. The Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed  is a legacy device and is already discontinued. However, it has largely been superseded by the upgraded Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed. By the way, if your Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed is still covered under the original 2-year warranty period and proven defective, then we can process a replacement.
