Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed polling rate issue

Hi, I have a problem with my basilysk x hyperspeed: the polling rate is really low. I opened razer synapse, clicked on my mouse, performance and I can only see in the page sensivity and mouse properties. I dont really know what to do, because in the yt tutorials they can change the pol. rate in that page.
