Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed Scroll Not Working

Hey guys! My Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed's scroll isn't working. I've tried updating the driver, closing synapse, testing if the issue is on another PC, and attempting to use the dongle instead. If anyone has any solutions please let me know as I am worried sick about this $119 AUD mouse that I had saved up for. Thank you!

The only thing that comes to my mind in such a situation is to give it back under the warranty.

Is there still noticable scroll jump while scrolling? If no, it may be scroll snapped in a half. There also might be problem with the scroll encoder. If you still have warranty - RMA it.

Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel using a can of compressed air? Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and share a copy of your receipt so I can check its warranty status. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
