Hoo boy, this is gunna be a long one due to all the stuff involved with this but Im here hoping I can get some kind of solution to this. And keep in mind that as this happens, my mouse is set to 2.4ghz and has a fully charged battery. So Ive gotten my Basilisk X hyperspeed around a few months ago, and for about a month or two it's had this tendency to really go crazy with stuttering to flat out not working under SEVERAL circumstances. Of course my attempts to fix this were checking updates, uninstall/reinstalling synapse 3, and trying to see if there were any drivers for download outside of synapse. This also seems to be an issue only I have after browsing other Faqs and such. To go into detail; as far as the stuttering being a constant, It always seems to have MAJOR stutter issues after doing the following: - Replacing the battery and/or turning the mouse off and on again WHILE my computer is on. The mouse is ALWAYS set to 2.4ghz. - Any Usb connected drives that are plugged into to the computer including flash drives and portable ssd's. probably the weirdest cause of the stutter that I've had to witness. It is also the only cause of stuttering that Ive also had that happens on both my home computer AND laptop. Previous possible causes of stuttering: - I own a razer chroma hdk pack that USED to seem to cause it, but has since no longer caused issues having both my mouse and the lighting kit plugged in at the same time. As far as other noticeable things that occur during stuttering, whenever the stuttering that occurs involving a USB connected drive, all lighting on my razer devices seems to turn off and on again on occasion, as if the mouse had been waken back up from sleep mode. This sometimes also results in the mouse flat out not working but that is a more uncommon occurrence. In the case that synapse 3 sometimes has updates that some devices make others act up a little, here is a list of my razer devices that I have used since i got the mouse. Ornata chroma, Firefly chroma hard edition, Nommo chroma, Source HDK while plugged in ac and usb connection with two led strips, Seiren, and rarely have a Tartarus v2 connected. as an alternative i also use a Mamba tournament edition as a back up (that does not experience stuttering thankfully). Heres hoping that I can get some kind of help or explanation for this, as I REALLY like this mouse as for awhile, its been my go to for a good carry around and at home gaming mouse.

Hi @Desto-rtionGaming! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisk X Hyperseed concern on our Support board. By the way, did you try testing your mouse on a different setup, away from your home network? Please try connecting it either via 2.4 or Bluetooth outside your home or away from your current setup to rule out possible interference? Please connect the mouse only and in your PC/laptop and observe. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll pick it up from there.
