My Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse turns on when I connect it to my laptop via USB dongle and bluetooth. But the mouse does not work. The buttons are unresponsive and the tracker does not work too. The cursor alone drifts slowly to the top left. I have tried updating the firmware version, tried reinstalling synapse, tried updating my windows OS, tried updating mouse drivers, tried changing batteries, everything. Nothing seems to work. Is there any solution for this?

No. I still haven’t found a solution for this. I thought of checking on my query after a year now, if anyone has come up with a solution. Please help me out if this issue has been sorted for you. Thanks!
