Razer Baslisk V3 pro not charging on dock pro

Just purchased the razer baslisk v3 pro ( white edition ) with the Dock pro + wireless charging puck, mouse charges fine with supplied usb cable. Dock is plugged in and rgb lights up, also was able to sync the mouse to the dock, but the mouse does not charge when I put it on the dock. Tried to place the wireless puck in every way possible.. but mouse does not charge.

    I can see that you placed your issue for more than 5 month but without reply, I do have the same issue and I couldn’t find the fix for it.

    unfortunately look like even Razer doesn’t care to replay
