Hi. So, I purchased a Razer Battle Bundle (to include the BlackShark V2 X headset, Gigantus V2 mouse pad, and the DeathAdder V2 mouse) from BestBuy online awhile back. At the same time I purchased a separate BlackShark V2 X headset for my husband (not with a bundle). His headset came with an activation code for the 7.1 surround-sound software. He was able to enter his activation code and utilize the software with his headset. However, my headset (the one included in the bundle) DID NOT come with an activation code/card. I went to the razer.com/7.1-surround-sound website, as mentioned on his activation card hoping I could also download the software, but since there was NO activation code included in the packaging I am unable to unlock the surround-sound feature for my headset. The razer ID site said I could register my headset to receive an activation code. I already registered my battle bundle products and keyboard (Huntsman Elite) as soon as they arrived. When I review the "warranty" page on my razer ID account, it shows all of my products as being registered. Therefore, I am unable to re-register the headset. Additionally, there is no information about the surround-sound code, or how to retrieve one. My question: How do I receive an activation code for my headset so that I can enable the surround-sound function?
Let me verify the model of your headset first by sending me its serial number. I'll also need the email address linked to your Razer ID to check its registration and verify if you're still eligible for code generation.
