My razer black shark v2 pro wireless headphones start to make crackling sounds when volume down volume up , on high volume and from time to time voice becomes very vibrant or left headphone even stops to work. I have all driver updated tried with fresh instal windows and synapse is also as it should be. The shop where I have buy them ignores all my mails and questions. What should I do ? I paied 200 euros just to have broken headphones. Thanks for any feedback.

    Does disabling Synapse makes any difference? You can follow the steps on this page to isolate the issue further. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
