razer black shark pro v2 Audio problem

So i recently purchased a pair of razer black shark pro v2’s and i’m having an audio problem to where whenever tutuapp i turn my audio all the way up on the headphones there’s a static i can hear, the same thing happens whenever i put my volume all the way down. i really don’t know what to do tbh. I’m on PC btw
