Randomly my headset has stopped charging, I’ve gotten multiple different charging cable, multiple different usb ports but it just doesn’t charge, sometimes the charging light flashed red quickly but that only happens every minute or so. Rarely I can make the cable fit just right which makes it charge to like 10-20% and I can use it for an hour or two before going back.
its bought under Swedish laws, so I have 3 year of warranty if I can prove this is an known issue etc. which to me it seems like considering the amount of threads regarding this topic. I just need some assistance/ a statement for the dealership.
