I tried hard to solve this problem but couldn't find a solution. I sent the product to warranty but they said there is no problem with my headphones. no problem with my drivers, no problem with my current headphone settings, just bought a new usb 3.0 pci express card. beep sounds and the headphone keeps disconnecting and then it is fixed what should I do please can you help me?

Same issue, been happening since around January.
Too old for warranty, but I can’t find anything on this issue.
I gave the product under warranty but they said there is no problem. Razer never cares about its customers.Not even an official replied to my answer, I will never buy razer again.
