I Connected my Black Shark V2 headset to my laptop after I installed the 7.1 surround sound app that razer tells us to download which made the headset not connect to Synapse for some reason ( Keeping in mind that I Have synapse 3) the headphone works with its surround sound feature but it does not connect to razer synapse I tried to repair synapse and I restarted my laptop 3 times nothing changed plz help .
