But when I register the serial number on the website to use 7.1 surround sound, The message appears that the serial number is already registered, But not on my Razer ID account... Me pasa exactamente lo mismo, y no hay donde mandar un mail en esta empresa.
It may be fake, the same as chineese deathadders, that all are using the same serial number.
