But when I register the serial number on the website to use 7.1 surround sound, The message appears that the serial number is already registered, But not on my Razer ID account... I never registered the headset, it's new. I have a receipt and proof of purchase, I would like to know what I can do now?
Me pasa exactamente lo mismo, y no hay donde mandar un mail en esta empresa.
+1It may be fake, the same as chineese deathadders, that all are using the same serial number.
