RAZER black shark v2x HUGE audio leak

Hello. My newly bought, just 4 hours ago, razer black shark v2 x headset is leaking audio into the room. I can clearly hear the vocals and audio even if I'm standing 3-4 meters away. I do not use a Y splitter. I don't know how to make it stop, it's uncomfortable for every person to be hearing what im hearing.
