Razer Black Widow Elite Volume wheel not working properly

So I just got my Razer BlackWidow Elite keyboard, I checked everything and the keyboard seems to be working well, except for the volume wheel. When I scroll the volume wheel, the volume just went up and down like it was glitching. Sometimes the volume can change by itself even though I didn't scroll the volume wheel. I can only use it by scrolling slowly and even though I'm scrolling slowly, the volume went up or down randomly like +4 +2 and -4 -2.

    I have the same issue. I put in a Support ticket (https://mysupport.razer.com/). This is my second issue with this keyboard. The other was that the mute button wouldn't light up when pressed, which was resolved with another Synapse update. I'm unsure if this is a driver issue or not, but I plugged my keyboard into another machine which doesn't have Synapse installed and the issue was persistent there too. Have you had the issue I had where the volume randomly increases to 100 without even touching the wheel?
    @XERXZS, Does it behaves the same without Synapse in the background? For now, let's clean your keyboard by following this guide. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device.
