I have tried the following:

• Demo reset of keyboard
• Cannot roll back firmware and it is using the latest
• Uninstalled Razer Syhapse software fully
• Uninstalled drivers in Device Manager
• Updated Synapse driver and then tried to reinstall keyboard driver
• Removed all keys and cleaned keyboard

When I plug in the device, the device repeated keeps jumping to Snipping tool. It highlights the first two icons like it is reading PrtScn.

Not sure what to do but I need some help and guidance.
