I have tried the following:
- Demo reset of keyboard
- Cannot roll back firmware and it is using the latest
- Uninstalled Razer Syhapse software fully
- Uninstalled drivers in Device Manager
- Updated Synapse driver and then tried to reinstall keyboard driver
- Removed all keys and cleaned keyboard
When I plug in the device, the device repeated keeps jumping to Snipping tool. It highlights the first two icons like it is reading PrtScn.
Not sure what to do but I need some help and guidance.
