Razer Black Widow V3 Not Working after Firmware Update to V1.05.01 | Razer Insider

Looking for information on how to roll back firmware or otherwise repair my keyboard.

I recently updated my Razer Black Widow V3 (Halo Edition if it matters) to Firmware v1.05.01.R1. After doing this, I ran into several issues with it not being detected in Synapse and being unable to adjust the lighting. I uninstalled and reinstalled the software to no avail. I got some headway when upgrading to the beta version of Synapse, where the device was then recognized for a brief period. However, it could not access the on-board memory and then randomly doesn’t see the device. It seems like the firmware update cooked or disabled the on-board memory of the keyboard.

Is there a way to just roll back to a prior firmware? Is there a known issue where these firmware updates can break devices? Any help would be appreciated, as I do like my Razer setup yet have been troubleshooting this for several hours at this point.

Note: I tried to reinstall the firmware, and now the firmware tool doesn’t even think the keyboard is plugged in.

I have the same issue with the same keyboard  . Did you end up getting support or an answer?

I did not get an answer or any support. I’ve just decided to live with it for the time being, but it is super frustrating to have a firmware update break something so expensive.
