I was just using my Razer Black Widow pro V3 as normal until I needed to charge it but it is now working. I have been trying to charge that keyboard for hours and still at 0%. I have updated the firmware and reinstalled the Synapse software but the problem persist. I wonder if someone have been experienced the same problem and how can I solve it?

I found a solution but it will void the warranty if it is still there.
one way is to remove all the screws and open the keyboard, then disconnect and reconnect the battery connector.
since this problem has occured multiple times over a period, I made a permanent fix for it.
I cut the battery red wire and connected a small switch across. whenever the problem occurs, instead of openning the keyboard completely everytime, which is a tedious job, now I can simply disconnect and reconnect the battery by flipping the switch.
The original power switch given in the keyboard doesnt actually disconnects the battery.
