I'm using a Razer Black Widow V4 Pro. I bought it brand new a few weeks ago. All the keys are genuinely problematic. The letter 'O' is often typed twice, and sometimes not at all. Activating the Shift key requires almost a punch. Keys like F1, 234, etc., don't work at all. I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing works. Everyone on forums is complaining about the same problem. When I try to contact Razer live support, the link doesn't work.

You can try checking your keyboard with another computer. If you have the same issues then you need to talk to a support engineer. Your keyboard needs replacing
