hey everyone
i just got my new blackshark v2x headset today, but when i tried to get 7.1 surround working i couldn't get the activatio code because website keep telling me that my product number is invalid, i swapped the O’s with lower case and zeros, but the same issue keeps happening.
Please help <3

I solved the issue by taking a picture of my P/N and S/N and used copyfish extension to read the image in the text, i probably got some of the letter or number wrong DUE TO THE FONT THEY USE IN THE PACKAGING AND THE WEBSITE.
