Razer blackshark 7.1 code not working

So I bought a new Razer Blackshark headset not to long ago and I tried finding the 7.1 surround sound code, ot didn't work, and the funny part is, the packaging came in renewed from Amazon, and I know for a fact Speed Test that I did not buy a renewed product. (I have checked way to many times) What's also funny is that amazon would take the effort to put everything else new, except for the code.
