Hello dear razer support team, I recently purchased the Blackshark V2 x headphones, but when I registered it, I realized that the device was already registered, and now I can't use the 7.1 channel sound feature. Please guide me. Thank you.

Upon checking, it would seem that your headset was already registered early last year. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2024. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. You can check if your reseller is authorized by going to this link. I would highly suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
