today i was using my Razer blackshark V2 hyperspeed wireless headset like normal and then the dongle has stopped working it keeps giving the error code 43 Unknown Device (Device Descriptor Request failed)
ive tried plugging the usb dongle into another cord and nothing ive tried using other USB ports and same issue occurs ive tried uninstalling the device via Device manager and letting it reinstall via restarts ive gone to reddit and attempted all of their fixes and nothing has worked ive even gone so far as to now come to you as i have worked out this is a Hardwar dongle issue that has started and the headset/dongle are still under warranty

Please bear with me for a bit. Does the headset work fine in wired mode? Can you test it on another computer to see if it behaves the same way? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team.
