Razer BlackShark Mic not working

Hi, I recently had some problems with the microphone of my BlackShark V2, both on ps5 and on PC. On ps5, once plugged in the USB and connected via jack directly to the controller, it shows 3 different behaviors. in fact, checking from the "Volume Adjustment" of the play settings, it happens that: either my voice is very clear, with a decisive tone; either that it is robotic, and it feels very quiet with an annoying background sound, or that there is not even a sign that the microphone is picking up my voice. I'm sure both the mic and the jack are properly inserted into the controller, and both show no signs of wear (also considering I bought them a few months ago). Otherwise, on my PC, by connecting the headphone jack directly to the USB stick and using Razer Synapse, my voice is not detected when I speak. (I've already tried reinstalling the drivers, and Razer Synapse).

Have you updated its firmware? Let's isolate the problem first by following the troubleshooting steps from this link. Please send me a PM should the issue persists.
