razer blackshark v2 2023 pro volume knob not encoding right

When i turn the knob clockwise or counterclockwise the pc volume does not correspond with the turning of the knob. Lets say i turn the knob clockwise first the volume goes up like 10 then down 4 then up 8 and so on. what can i do ti fix this?

    Same problem here. Wondering why in slow turns in one direction it goes up and down. Thought when I turn it using a fast motions it seems to work. But I think that not how the knob normally works.
