Razer Blackshark V2 7.1 Surround Sound problem

I just bought a Razer Blackshark V2 from Bestbuy today and in the box it says “For 7.1 channels and beyond.” which means it has the 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming. But the activation didn’t come with the purchase. As now I am trying to get a code through online services it showing me that, “Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products.” 
I have photos with the serial number on the box and on the headphones and a receipt. What should I do?


Tell me how I can get the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code?
