The audio splitter of my product which is received yesterday doesn't seem to work,it works fine without it, i don't want to replace the whole product, is it possible that i can get replacement for audio splitter?

i got my blackshark v2 hyperspeed today and the little dongle that is used to connect the headset to my pc wirelessly dont seem to connect with my headset, is that the same issue with you?
No the audio splitter which splits the microphone and speaker can I buy the same one of the same length? Or is it possible to get replacement
