Razer BlackShark V2 Bluetooth Disconnects | Razer Insider

Hello,

I just purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 headset and the Bluetooth connection is incredibly disappointing. The Bluetooth connection will last 2 minutes at the most before it disconnects. When it is connected, it provides choppy audio the consistently breaks up. 

The computer is less that 3 feet away from the headset. All Bluetooth drivers have been updated on my computer. I have tried removing and readding the device from the computer.

I have tried the connection with no other Bluetooth devices connected.

Is it just the individual headset or is this to be expected by the entire BlackShark V2 line?

For additional insight on the issue, as soon as the headset disconnects it says “Pairing”.


firstly if you have a laptop recommend you download Intel DSA, and then check for any bluetooth drivers available for download. Check if this solves the issue it should also just keep your PC nice and up to date in general
