Razer BlackShark V2, differences between? noise isolation

Hey,

 

I have a really noisy PC, so I’m wondering whether how well the BlackShark blocks outside noise?

 

I have one of those noise blocking earmuffs that construction workers use and it blocks the PC noise effectively. It says 31 DB on it, which I guess means it blocks noise up to 31 DB. Do we know how many DBs the Blackshark blocks?

 

Also, what are the differences between V2 / V2 X / V2 pro / V2 pro 2023 / HyperSpeed, and does it pertain to the effectiveness of blocking outside noise at all?
