Razer Blackshark V2 dingle replacement

I have a Razer Blackshark V2 and the dongle seems to have failed. The green light glows very dim when it is first connected but then goes out and my system cannot detect the device. I tested this on multiple Windows computers. It is still in warranty. How do I get this replaced?

4 days and no response from support. I’m beginning to regret my purchase.
