Some months ago I purchased a Blackshark V2 headset directly from you. It is comfortable and works very well. However I wear it at least 8 hours a day both for work and later on for play and it has a habit of accumulating oil and sweat.



I've looked into how to remove the earcups for proper cleaning, as wiping them with a cloth has not worked. I found your video here: and attempted to do as instructed. One of my earcups is now ripped at the site where you suggested I begin removal. The reply on your video suggested I contact you here.

Let me check this for you. Please PM me a photo or a short video clip of the ripped earcups. That way, I can take a closer look at them. I'd also appreciate it if you'd send me a copy of its proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty status. Let's continue from there.
