Hello, I have had my Razer blackshark v2 for years (since 2021) and had the slowly worsening issue of my ear pad coming off. I have looked everywhere for a way to have this fixed before I have to attempt to glue the pads back on once they fall off. Razor’s answer to the question for other people are just buy a replacement and follow our guide which their guide has no “how to” on how to get the actual attaching bracket or bit that the newer ear pads connect to. So if anyone has any link to something or found a solution other than buying a new headset that would be great. Heck if Razor actually acknowledged the fact they had done this and would give an actual fix that would be great.

This is the only issue I am having with my headset other than that everything works great!

My headset is missing these parts because my ear pads were just glued on. So I need some way of getting the ear pad interlocking holders and stuff mounted into the headset and then I can just buy a replacement ear pad.

It has a mechanism that doesn't really look like it should snap into place, but it actually does. However, the cushion part itself is glued directly to this plastic frame, which is a bit flawed—mine eventually gave out, so I had to use shoe glue to fix it back together (please excuse the messy look in the pictures caused by the glue and cat hair). I've attached a picture highlighting the exact spot I mean. I own a BlackShark V2 purchased back in 2022 (HN2123D13206270 series), and lately, the top part of the cushion is starting to peel off again. I hope this helps and you can fix your issue. For me, I'm stuck with the glue for now :D

Yeah I am just waiting until the cushions become more of a problem. Because mine are like yours and I will just have to glue them with some replacement pads.

I meant like, it should have a snapping plastic ring in it where I draw around with that red line. First i tought mine doesnt have one, but I found out that it has. Can u send a pic abt yours? Maybe u have one too.
