Razer blackshark v2 firmware updater not working

i just hot the razer blackshark v2 pro 2020 today so i plug it up and it blinks blue i look at the manual and it says to plug the usb dongle in after i do that it still blinks blue i hear the connecting usb sound and then after its still blinking so i look up why and it says to use the firmware updater and then it does know that the usb dongle is connected and then it says to plug the cable in both are done now it says update and it wont go past 0% before i hear a disconnected device sound coming from my pc tried multiple times still wont go past 0%
