Razer blackshark v2 firmware updator not working

  • Just purcahsed Razer RZ04-03220100-RM31 BlackShark V2 Pro Wirless gaming headset.

    Firmware updater will not recongnise my headset is plugged in and commence the update
     

    • Running Firm Ware updater as administrator
    • Wireless Dongle plugged in
    • Headset plugged in directly via cable
    • Headset turned on

I have the logs and can share with you but how to paste into this chat?
